Thanks for taking the time to write in. cleanthesupermarket.org is maintained by a small group of Clean the Supermarket players, and reader feedback is how the wiki stays accurate between game updates. Whether you have spotted a wrong aisle code on an item page, want to flag an outdated upgrade priority, are reaching out about a partnership, or need to file a formal privacy request, the same email address below is the right destination.
What to write about
- General inquiries.Anything that doesn't fit one of the categories below — suggestions for new pages, requests for a tool, broken links, accessibility issues, or questions about how we run the wiki. We read every message.
- Editorial corrections.Wrong aisle code on an item page, an outdated upgrade priority, a tier-list ranking that no longer reflects the meta, an aisle stretching-shelves behavior that has changed, or a Tidyverse patch we have missed — send the URL of the page and a short note about what looks off. Screenshots or video timestamps are gratefully received but never required.
- Business and partnership enquiries. If you are a guide creator, video creator, brand, or advertising partner interested in a sponsorship or content collaboration, drop us a line with a short description of what you have in mind.
- Privacy requests (GDPR / CCPA).If you are exercising a right under the General Data Protection Regulation, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or a similar data-protection law, please include “Privacy request” in the subject line so we can route your message correctly. Full details of what rights are available are on our Privacy Policy page.
- Abuse reports. If you have spotted spam, malicious content, defamatory material, or anything that violates our Terms of Service, let us know with the URL and a short description.
- Copyright and DMCA notices. If you own material that appears on the wiki and want a citation amended or removed, please follow the six-element notice procedure in our Terms of Service and email the address above. Properly formatted notices are handled faster than informal complaints.
Response time
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Time-sensitive requests — such as DMCA notices, privacy access requests, or reports of a serious factual error on a high-traffic page — are usually answered faster.
We do not currently operate a phone line or social media DM channel. Email is the only supported way to reach the wiki team, and the address above is monitored by the editorial team directly rather than routed through a ticketing system.
